Great property, it had everything we needed for a great week in Bol.

I’d say if you are not ready to walk up the hill, you might want to think twice. For us it wasn’t an issue at all.

Nothing. We did not receive what we booked and paid for and the service was absolutely awful.

We didn't like anything, we booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers for 1 week based on the photos on booking.com website. The photos are misleading and inaccurate and don't show the space which they call a twin bedroom, for obvious reasons as it is not a room. The double bedroom had enough furniture but you couldn't access the wardrobe properly as it was right at the bottom of the bed . The 'twin room' was not a room but a cheaply made mezzanine space. This space did not have a door! you could not stand up in the space! There were 2 beds squeezed up here with not even enough room to lie in the beds!!!!! The space was extremely dirty and had a very dangerous staircase leading up to it. This would not meet EU safety standards as a child could fall to its death through the railings. It was also very noisy when walking up. This is not a bedroom! There was no furniture up here as it couldn't fit. I was shocked that someone could actually expect anyone to pay to sleep here. When I complained to the owner or arrival, he was dismissive and said he didn't have anything else. I was told to use the sofabed in the kitchen which meant no space and not able to open the balcony door to access outside. I said I paid for 2 bedrooms! Kitchen was dirty. Clearly they rely on the previous guests cleaning rather than cleaning everything after each guest. The cupboards were dusty, fridge dirty and the utensils had food from previous guests on them. The equipment was old, and unhygienic. Chopping boards must have been at least 30 years old, disgusting. There was not enough workspace to prepare even breakfast. The cupboard was above the sink so you banged your head when washing the dishes. They left us half of a dish cloth to wash up. To tight fisted to leave a full one . Not enough tea towels etc .. The whole apartment was very small We had to move furniture around all the time to get to the WC to Or use the kitchen or the balcony.

Owner is a really kind and caring man. Apartment was clean, big and fully equipped. Thank you sir.

Great place to stay! I had everything I needed in the room, two supermarkets nearby, it was very clean and also very quiet at night. Super attentive and welcoming hosts, who gave me all the information and help I needed.
