The make and model of the car is what I had requested.Cons:
1. The owner is rude and obnoxious. 2. Did not have the car ready per contract. 3. The car was dirty -- a safety risk because the mirrors were dirty. I had to have it washed so that I could drive. 4. He said and I quote him, "You sneaked an expensive car. I don't let people rent this car for local driving". I think Budget should carefully monitor and reexamine the process and procedures employed by this owner at 10246 Atlantic Blvd, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32211.Hertz
