Provided a reliable, clean vehicle. paperless transaction and very quick process for pick up. only snag was that i was renting during holiday season and my original return date fell on a holiday when the local branch was closed. i tried to arrange a return to the Enterprise at Jacksonville Intl Airport ahead of time with Johnny but that seemed to have been overlooked and did not appear on my booking details. I returned the car to the local branch using the key drop off though and it turned out ok.

management was rude, the car needs to be serviced the brakes where bad, no gas when I picked it up I almost didn't make it to the gas station, the car was suppose to be clean my son found a smoked cigarette in the back seat even though there are signs inside that clearly say $400 fee for smoking in the car. I will not rent a car from there again I will go somewhere else

The smelled of smoke Flight got changed and it was very difficult to get reimbursed. Had to pay four times as much to rebooked a smaller car.

Staff is rude and unable to tell me the day before my reservation if they would have a vehicle. Use Enterprise

Cons:

Competent staff to verify vehicle availability for my reservation. If I make a reservation my plans depend on that vehicle. Felt like a real life Seinfeld episode.
