Pros:
The staff was friendly and helpful. I signed up for tthe Alamo insider and got a discounted rate, I did my reservation on line and put in all my info which made it easy and quick to pick up the car..I use the kiosk to pick up my car and transaction done in less than 15 min. as i bypassed the counter7.2 Good

Staff at both the desk and up in the rental garage were awesome. We received an amazing upgrade which enhanced our day's driving experience!Cons:
The car's service light went on for Oil Chage almost immediately after we left with the car and by the time we returned in the afternoon the Add Engine Oil light was on, so while it didn't really impact our drive, I was a little worried by the time we got back.10.0 Wonderful

I booked the rental online, but when I arrived at the pick up location, it was closed and I had to find a last minute replacement with another company. The online booking system should take into account when certain offices are closed.Avis

I liked nothing. It was a doomed reservation from the start, where the car wasn't at the right location.Cons:
I went to pick up the car at the airport, only to find that the reservation was made at another location - a $50 cab ride away. I was told I could get the car there, but that it would cost $1478 instead of the $328 that I originally booked - for the same car and the same time frame. This was done in error (not sure who is to blame) but they could have been a little nicer about it and they definitely could have worked with me on that rate. But instead, they wouldn't budge and that makes me NOT want to ever use AVIS again!8.0 Very Good

I liked that the car was in good shape and we didn't have any trouble with it. The instructions for picking up and dropping off the car were straightforward.Cons:
The customer service woman who helped us with the paper work when picking up the vehicle was beyond rude and unfriendly. At one point, she even made me feel belittled when there was a miscommunication about purchasing vehicle insurance. She did not belong in customer service. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had...that is not an exaggeration. I also was shocked to find out that Budget wanted to charge me an additional $400 to drop the vehicle off at the airport, instead of in Waikiki (which is obviously more inconvenient for us). We had to drive the vehicle into the busiest streets of Oahu and catch an Uber to the airport. I can't imagine why Budget would charge $400 extra to drop the vehicle off at the airport location.10.0 Wonderful

They answered the phone when I called before booking to ensure the car I booked would be the car I get.Cons:
Staff@pick up was not helpful. Couldn’t answer questions or explain why what was on website was different than what they were telling me. It should be explicitly stated that an additional $200 hold will be put on the card you plan to use. I requested @booking to drop off at airport - not option10.0 Wonderful
