Sleeping, ease of access, very personable staff.
Price (mediocre quality at relatively high cost). For this price I was expecting a much higher quality hotel.

Having booked the two bedroom apartment - aided in privacy and personal space when travelling with an elderly mother-in-law. We also appreciated the location - central to ANU (we were visiting our son), shops, resurants etc.
I cannot think of anything that I disliked - only would have liked to stay longer!!

Very convenient location to the centre of Canberra
The shared parking facility menat we had nowhere to park the car as the car park was full of casual parkers at the adjacent restaurants and night clubs. We had to walk from a long way away late at night.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant could benefit from upgrading the menu; though prices were high and quality rather poor.
The additional fee for parking was not appreciated!!!!
