Good value, spacious rooms and good size beds
One of the door jams was split creating a security concern, staff were quick to rectify though. The drains in the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. No information in the room about how to contact reception.
Staff were good and very friendly and welcoming. Gym was good because not so many people used it and equipment was good. Also liked having a safe in the room with a TV where I could use Netlfix and Stan
Room was not clean and there was a lot of noise. Room was extremely small for the price paid. Not a lot of room in the room. Didn't provide much toiletries. Staff didn't clean room very well each day
Close to the city.
The toilet is right next to a wall. So it’s very uncomfortable to sit on it.
Location to station, shops and venues was excellent, bed was comfortable.
we were upgraded to apparently a queen bed room 150 and were booked for a couple of nights. First issue was while I was naked changing into my outfit I had a outside industrial lift cage pass my window with workmen in it, I was in full view. Our room had a sewage smell to it from bathroom this we found to be the drain so slept with fan on and covered drain outlet with towel. The shower leaked all over floor through the unsealed gap under shower screen. The white bedding had industry dust over it constantly which we had to brush off each time we returned to our room. Loud banging throughout the night heard from others returning to the hotel as well as workmen using equipment during day.

Pillows were flat and only one each
