Pros:The price
Cons:No entertainment, very hard to get basic services like water
Pros:Fast boarding procedure, in a finger, crew is welcoming.
Cons:In flight service only provided water and an organic snack. Arrival with a bus to go to luggage claim is never pleasing.
Cons:Checkin took over an hour just to wait for kiosks. Flight was not comfortable, air quality was terrible.
Pros:The seating was spacious and comfortable. The crew was very friendly and helpful as well. The entertainment mechanism was intuitive and easy to use. It had some good selections. The food choices were alright
Cons:The entertainment selection was rather small. Most of the selections were old, even if they're generally good movies. It would be nice to have TV series selections as well or minigames.

Cons:The boarding process was confusing. I didn't realize they were boarding my rows until almost everyone was on the plane. My carry-on luggage was determined as too heavy when I checked in. On every other flight I've taken, my suitcase has been fine as a carry-on item. When I boarded the flight, I realized it was because my seat did not have an overhead compartment for my luggage. This is unheard of in this day and age!!! My husband was not able to purchase any additional food or beverages because they told us American cards didn't work on their card machine. We were on a flight headed to New York. It would be logical to expect American cards to be valid for transactions. The flight crew assumed that we spoke French and spoke rudely in English when we didn't respond to their French requests/instructions. The aircraft itself was outdated. No outlets, individual screens, or comfortable seats. I learned the hard way that spending a little bit more money on a flight may be the smarter choice. This is a mistake I will not make again, especially on an 8 hour flight!
Pros:Flight was fine, comfortable enough and crew seemed pleasant.
Cons:My partner had passport issues and was unable to fly with me, i understand that that's not the airlines fault, however we were given a number to call and assured that it was fixable and he could fly within a day or two. The number given turned out to take us to entirely the wrong place and even after figuring out what the correct course of action was we were told there was nothing that could be done. Again, the issue isn't XLs fault, but I only boarded the plane myself after several reassurances he'd be able to follow and I've now been left in France alone with all of his baggage in tow. Not ideal to say the least.
Pros:The positive was the overall flight was fine and the staff (on ground and in air) were pleasant.
Cons:The negative was that we left almost an hour late because we were told we were waiting for a few late passengers. WHAT airline does that? Usually if you are late, the door closes and that is it. Also, because this isn't a "mainstream" airline, the check-in desk was at the furthest point of the terminal and the gate was also at the other farthest end. Lastly, when we arrived at JFK, we waited a full hour at the baggage carousel for our bags to arrive. Now that could be JFK's fault but at 11 pm at night on a Friday, it shouldn't take until midnight to get bags from a flight. Even though we saved money by flying XL, we won't be flying them again. It was too stressful dealing with the ridiculous amount of time it took to return home. Also, having to arrive at least 4 hours earlier than the departure time to wait in line to get seat assignments/check-in just isn't worth it. Oh, and they are VERY strict about the luggage weight requirements. Plan accordingly if you want to bring wine back from France.
Pros:Nothing is good except departing on time
Cons:Food is sucks Flight is not operated by Air Maroc.. instead it is operated by Hi Fly Portuguese cheap flight without screen movies entertainment nor plug for phone charging
