Pros:I just wish it wasn't such a long lay over 5 hrs . The flight was ok. Flight attendants very friendly.

Pros:the staff at the gate and ticketing were exceptionally kind and helpful. They promptly managed to find me a better seat (from22F to 15F) when I asked if there was a possibility as I'm not comfortable being so far in the back They gave me the feeling that they really cared .
Cons:the seats and the aisles seem to be getting smaller and closer together, and I am a small person. Unfortunately this seems to be the case in most planes if one is in economy seating.

Pros:Front desk persons at Vancouver were wonderful.
Cons:Not informed why flight was delayed. Probably they announced it. But a Deaf traveler would not hear it. So they ought to have put it in writing and to the passenger.
