Cons:Flt delayed 2 hours, delay in opening plane door while we waited on boarding ramp, another 15 minutes waiting for stairs on tarmack and finally at least an hour wait for luggage to appear at baggage claim with no information about where it was or when it was expected. Worst flight ever!

Cons:I am an elderly lady with mobility problems( assistance requested) travelling ALONE & l do NOT appreciate being squashed & not having enough room on/ in my seat by a LARGE male. I always book an aisle seat but to be squashed up to 3 men l found most uncomfortable. I appreciate you do NOT know the size of people when they book but why were 3 men put next to an elderly frail female????
