Cons:When I arrived to the airport it wasn't really an airport. Nothing more than a dirt road with two decrepit helicopters. Nobody was there. I had to pay the same amount of money I paid online for the flight to get a taxi driver to get me 3+ hrs to my final destination. I have been trying to get my money back and they keep sending me in circles saying it wasn't their airline etc. It's like a scam!

Pros:The tv and entertainment options were the only thing redeemable.
Cons:Overbooking on every leg requiring them to offer money for people to give up seats. This delays every flight by minimum 40 minutes. Then there are the terrible tiny seats usual of coach for most avianca flights. Then the airport in quepos was closed for some reason and though avianca had booked us (and overcharged us ) for the flight to quepos via Sansa, they shrugged it off as not their problem and refused to refund us for the tickets. We ended up paying $200 to get to Quepos via taxi on top of lost ticket money. Seriously please never take this airline.

Cons:The tiny micro plane and the fact they lost my original ticket so we had to land twice before getting to San Jose

Cons:We supposed to have reserved a plane ticked from Liberia to San Jose and Sansa Airline told us that there was no space for us in the plane and sent us by Car to San Jose

Cons:They over book flights and then offer to put in a taxi to drive from Liberia to San Jose - over 4.5 hours in a car instead of 50 mins in a plane...DO NOT fly this airline
