Cons:The flights seemed like the cheapest route to save money compared to other airlines. except they charged for everything including water on the 7 hour flight I had. $ 4 USD for a small water. 80 USD for one luggage bag. just crazy.

Pros:It was a fine flight, nothing fancy.
Cons:They don’t let you eat or drink your own things. I understand the no outside food or drink rule, they’re trying to make money by selling you snacks. However, I think it is absolutely unreasonable to not allow you to drink your own water. This actually happened to my friend not me, but I’m mad about it. She was told she couldn’t drink from the water bottle she brought with her and then when she asked for water they made her buy their water bottle. Which is absurd! Water is a basic human right, and if they aren’t going to allow you to bring your own water they need to provide it without extra cost.

Cons:Our flight was delayed four hours, not because of weather or anything, but because scoot had made scheduling errors. Once aboard they would not allow us even to eat our own snacks or drink our own water. They wanted us to buy everything. $4 for a small thing of water. We thought after putting us through a four hour delay, they might have at least provided some food on the 7 hour flight, but no. Wouldn't fly them again.

Pros:Early boarding for ScootBiz and very responsive crew. Check in at the airport was fast, and the line for economy passengers did not appear long. Food was better than expected and certainly above the caliber of other low-cost carriers.
Cons:Online travel providers, including the airport from which I was flying, did not have a data feed from Scoot to provide status. Likewise, the monitors at the gate did not show the flight status (or even that it was the correct gate), so it was difficult to tell if the flight was expected to be on time and what zone was currently boarding.

Cons:They don't take visa debit cards in flight, even though I paid for the trip with that card. So we starved, wouldn't even give us tap water.
