$782 Find Cheap Flights from Sydney to Pristina

Very bad overall. The comfort level was undeniably uncomfortable. The in-flight entertainment was no good because my screen froze and “wasn’t able to reset”. The staff were rude and non-helpful. Instead of offering me an upgrade for all inconveniences for the ticket, and seat I paid extra for, I was offered a downgraded seat all the way at the back of the aircraft. The flight was delayed for so long, making the experience at the layover airport that much more unpleasant.

Both my luggages were never sent from Istanbul. After 10 hour flight from DC to Turkey and another 12 hour layover in Istanbul Airport, I would’ve at least expected to find my luggages when I arrived in Addis Ababa, but that wasn’t the case. After 2 hours of waiting at the luggage carousel, we were told that our luggages would be arriving the next day after midnight. I was already so exhausted, that I hated having to come back to the airport the next day. Thankfully, I received both my luggages the following day. It’s just, the whole experience was exhausting.

The flight attendants were great! The seating for business class is better on other airlines. The food was also good!

While we were picking up passengers in São Paulo, on our way from Buenos Aires to Istanbul, it was impossible to use the bathrooms for 90 minutes. The crew was largely inattentive with one or two exceptions. They should distribute more water for a flight that long. When I signal that I wanted to have a second glass of wine, my prayers were left unanswered…

Crew members, pilots and flight attendants are excellent. Beside, that, customer service is very lacking in all aspects of Turkish airlines

Good overall flight. Excellent crew. Food options could be improved.

The flight starts at 7am from New Delhi, a supremely inconvenient time, especially, if you are coming from another smaller city. Please consider moving it to 4am or 5am.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

My flight has been changed twice so far. Disappointed with Turkish!

I really didn’t like much. A lot of things can be better beginning with crew to seats and food is awful as well.
