Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, though some found the beds too firm or the air conditioning lacking. While amenities and parking received mixed feedback, the overall experience was positive, especially regarding the staff and the convenience of the downtown area.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The bistro is good. Normally it wasn't staffed, rather I had to wait as few times. Food was good though.
Cons (-) Parking lot is not luggage friendly. If you have to park on the 2nd floor with luggage, there isn't elevator access.
Pros (+) The big comfortable bed was a joy after we shared a small one four nights during the holidays. Our stay was just what we needed on our long drive home.
