Cons:

I had originally reserved the vehicle for around 580 dollars, plus insurance. When i arrived i was told it would be 1500 dollars. I didn't end up using this service. False advertising!

Car was damaged with lots of dents and scratches. Didn’t have much of a options with the rest of the cars. Just wish their cars were more presentable.

Pros:

Did Not Honor Internet booking rate and tried to charge almost triple the rate advertised

Cons:

Car was way below Par and selection was very poor and crappy

The hertz in Acapulco doesn’t except 3rd party’s. My family had a horrible experience and was charged 3x’s the amount. I will not be recommending hertz to anybody.
