I like that I could drop it off at the airport drop off instead of the Charlotte drop off where I picked it up.Cons:
The employees in the Charlotte store were so in efficient and knowledgeable I think they were on drugs. It took one hour for them to do a transaction and the place was filthy and they had to buzz me in to the building as it’s not a safe neighborhood. I was with my daughter and I was very uncomfortable as it was so sketchy! They didn’t have the vehicle I ordered so they had to give me a larger vehicle which I had to pay for. Not a good experience I felt unsafe!Hertz

Cons:
I showed up 45 minutes early and they charged me $15 for early pick up even though the paperwork and then walking out to the car took 30 minutes. The car was fine and I would certainly understand a charge if you came in hours early or late but this was a bit much.10.0 Wonderful

I never did get the car. Pick up was a mess. I couldn't tell when I rented the car that it wasn't at the airport. They told me I had to take a cab to the place to get the car. I didn't have that kind of time. So the whole thing fell through.5.6 Fair
