I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not
This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.
I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
The bathroom I used could have been cleaner and tidier. Didn't look like it was kept very well. The staff were super helpful. There was an issue with my screen, and they rebooted it for me. They were also great at dishing out our meals, and cleaning up after.
