I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.

It was ok for the most part, it is missing something

Liked check in process To improve: food and beverages. Not second round was offered and meal had no salad.

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.

This airline is full of junk fees. After paying to get my kids to sit with me, we were asked at the gate to check in our roller bags and pay $40 for each one. Peruvian passengers all took their roller bag in the plane. I don’t appreciate airlines who spot the gringos to tax them more.

The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL

Pros: "Nothing as we could not take the flight."
Cons: "Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home."
Pros: "The seat was comfort, good attention, flight on timing 😇"
Cons: "In several times the plane went down and up, and I think the pilot had no experience or it was the first time flying"
