Staff and crew are wonderful, professional and courteous. Meal is delicious and snacks can be improved. Entertainment needs improvement, pls update selections of movies. I appreciate that our flight was on time

The space for the seats i like it. Its not too close like other air line. The food is ok and also the staff. I'm waiting for my flight rewards point because until now i didn't recieved it.

Flying with ANA is always a breeze. Seats are very comfortable.

The staff, ground and air, at ANA was very helpful and friendly during check in, boarding and during the flight. This is the reason why I always fly ANA whenever I go to Manila. The food was not the best but the flight crew more than makes up for the shortfall.

Flight was on time and the crew was as expected, friendly and respectful. Food could’ve been better though.

It was very nice. I was a bit disappointed by the few meal services. There were probably more drink services that I missed while sleeping, but I would have liked the crew to bring more than one drink service before landing and to bring more than one drink service and coffee service after take off

The space and bed was very comfortable , flight attendants very nice. The food was not tasty at all. I ordered the rib eye and it was so tough I couldn’t cut it.

Food was high quality. Crew was extremely professional, polite, attentive. Flights were on time. Plane had good media tech.

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL

Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Flight was delayed by over an hour and gate checked bags took 15 minutes to be delivered to the jet bridge.

By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

The gate agent did nothing to help accommodate me. I am handicap and traveling with a toddler. I asked to be seated next to my husband. Someone behind me in line offered their seat and they didn’t look into whether it would be feasible to use their seat to help us sit together. They brushed me off. I was told over the phone, and hy 3 other agents we would be accommodated once we got to the gate and ask. No one told me that was based on seat availability. They confidently guaranteed we would be seated together. No one made me feel like they cared enough to do anything. On past flights when a family needs to sit together I have heard them announce it to see how they can help. I was not helped nor listened to. Shameful and terrible of the staff.

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Ridiculous delays with weak excuses. United needs to do their job and troubleshoot. The rate they charge demands no less. Planes are way too full and seats are cramped. Charging for seats and luggage adds insult to injury.

Boarding crew at the gate were hilarious and made boarding run.

My interaction with the flight attendent Eve was horrible. I was seated in 3F and was blown away watching her repeatedly skip me as she took other customer orders for lunch...she took the customer next to me but skipped me, then took everyone's order around me (in front of and behind me) . After she had taken every customer's orders to include those behind me, she came to me and said we are out of everything except one last item. I was mortified, in that, I am a 1k flyer, had pre-ordered AND as an African American could only assume why she repeatedly skipped me...mortified. no words

Flight was fine. It took an unusually long time to have baggage delivered to the carousel in ORD.

When we exited the plane our wheelchair wasn’t there. The Pilot and co pilot were so nice and helped us locate it. Great service.

Was flying in premium eco and there were around 5-6 movies I wanted to watch and none of those could I play for some reasons. Not just me we checked w the person sitting next to me. Few of the movies were only playable :( Also that was not great that we couldn't upgrade to business however tried to, many times before the flight :(

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

There were 3-4 delays on this flight—we almost missed our connection.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Flight was a delayed a few minutes but nothing crazy, everything went extremely well

Flight delayed several hours so missed connection. Plane boarded from the front to the back made things excessively slow to board Seats to narrow and I'm a very slim person Food was awful - had diarrhea for hours after eating it Heathrow transfer was a nightmare... few people at security, check through took over an hour. No one seemed to be in a good mood of the staff. They all seemed annoyed by their jobs. One large argument between manager and his staff. It will be difficult for me to consider flying BA again after such an experience - certainly will reconsider ever flying through Heathrow again.

Our seats were better than i had anticipated. They provided nice pillows and blankets as well as a kit with ear plugs, sleep mask and headphones which made the long haul flight better. Their food selection and service was good. I appreciated that they came through the cabin with water a few times. We were ahead of schedule which was nice!

Catering strike impacted food service. Snacks & water were available. Gate staff did advise "if you want food on the plane you will need to bring it aboard". Entertainment system not available on this flight. Boarding was early. Departure was early & arrival was early.

Due to a strike taking place with the airline, it negatively impacted my flight in multiple ways. My flight was delayed over 2 hours and the food served was mediocre at best.

Nice people. Awful.delays and inconvenience. Plane was old and comfort level poor. Food was not great.Two overnights in Canada when flights were meant to have an easy connection. Disappointing all around.. All in all shall be grateful and happy to get home..

Short flight, crew members were very nice, so much so I'll take the return flight next weekend

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.
