We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy, especially the bibimbap and cold spicy noodles. The only thing that bummed me out on this red-eye flight was that my seat did not properly recline so I was not able to sleep.

Korean Air had great service and the Bibimbap dish was the best airplane food I’ve ever had. It was a long flight so in between the two meals they served customers could get Shin ramen. The flight attendants let my children use a pair of nice headphones for the flight and had earbuds and slippers for all the adults. The flight was long but the time passed by relatively quickly because they have many great shows in their entertainment TV. I watched the BTS Love Yourself and Speak Yourself concerts 💜

It was ok. Not good and not a bad experience

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

My experience with Scoot is very good. Will have no issue flying with Scoot again.

Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.

Even though it was a very full flight, the service was still excellent, the plane did not feel too cramped and cabin crew made a sincere effort to help passengers find overhead space for stowing luggage.

Aircraft used was a 10 year old 767 which is being maintained in excellent condition. Business class was very comfortable and reclined sufficiently to allow me to sleep. The crew were excellent and very attentive. The only two unfortunates were a) food quality, the beef was very tough and below the standard for business class service; and b) the onboard entertainment offered little for non-Mongolians. All around, I would gladly fly MIAT again.

The flight was on time and the aircraft new and well-maintained. Service was friendly and well carried out. Seating on the 737 MAX in business class was comfortable enough that I could doze off during the 4 hour flight. Arrival in Ulsan Baatar was on time and baggage delivered to the belt quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire event and have no trouble recommending MIAT.

No entertainment display working whole flight it was like a veggie 😒

Cathay Pacific seems to be an airline in trouble and on its way out. Lots of broken or poorly functioning things like entertainment screens, seats, and enough well trained staff to handle a full flight. Sad...

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."
Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."
Cons: "It would be nice to supply mouthwash in the rest room. It would be nice to have a foot step at the bottom to open the trash container. The comforter is not washed and smells."
Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"
