Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

they give hard time at checking, they not allow computer bag or purse

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

I had already opted for Vegan food before 2 months yet they say we have no record for it,

Polite and helpful crew. My son developed fever. Crew members came and gave him medication and also came and enquired about his health several times.

Very very bad.. more than 48 hr I didn’t received my baggage yet

delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.

Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .

Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class. Easy flight to Chicago, good service in first class. Can't wait for seatback entertainment to be brought back. I like the free wifi and messaging with T-Mobile. Although, the tray tables are not big enough to work even on a small laptop - so why is it called "business" class? Flight attendant said that the flight was too short to even serve water. I've flown that route several times, and that is the first time I ever heard that. No chargers in the seats. Rough landing.

Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby

Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Overall it was good. The plane was small and the flight attendants on the Clt to gso route were not that friendly

Our gate number was changed but nobody alerted us until we tried to board the wrong flight then they told us almost missed another flight. Very bad service.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

First of all the check in was terrible . No customer service treated us like we are lucky to fly on American . And kayak never notified us of flight changes , I think we got a text at 3 in the morning before our flight . Charges for seats and luggage ! Really flying is just plain stressful .

very bad flight , service crew are tired and grumpy… I can forgive the worn seats and bad food as expected but the crew need more energy… old ppl are that way I guess… they shouldn’t be on long haul flights.

Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.

Worst airline I ever flown. Never gain. Seats are hard and narrow. 13 hour flight to Japan was torture. Basically a cattle car.

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

A delay in ETD that is not part of the flight , that could be managed.

Terrible delay causing missed connection in Toronto. air Canada should have hotel Vouchers waiting for you or handed to you when you check in. Also baggage claim in Toronto waited for 50 minutes.

It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not

Air Canada switched my connecting flight to Alaska airlines without any communication to me. The process of finding this out, needing to leave one portion of the airport for the next and what i should have done with my luggage was not communicated to me at all. Even the Air Canada agent that noticed the airline switch at the terminal did not explain this process to me. In doing so my luggage did not arrive with me. The delay to create a claim too 2 hours.
