Sixt charged me twice for this rental!!! And still no reply from them despite my emails. Daylight robbery and unacceptable practice on their behalf

Pros:

We needed an upgrade and the agent made it happen even though there seemed not have anything available. excellent service otherwise

Cons:

Only negative point was that the care was lacking windshield washer fuild, so not convenient during winter days

No problem with Hertz, the issue is that Kayak did not state that the car was fully electric, which was very inconvenient for the kind of trip I intended to do. Little autonomy range so we lost precious time charging the car, specially because many charging places are for local cards/ members/subscription, etc, with no translation available. It was not so easy to find a straight forward charging spot, and it takes literally hours to charge. Definitively not for tourists.
