I brought my 86 year old mom who is in a wheel chair. The handicap room was so spacious and the BATHROOM WAS FABULOUS!! It was so nice to have a handicap bathroom with enough room for me to help her and she could shower. The entire staff everywhere we went on the estate grounds were so helpful! Including the shuttle drivers who never seemed to mind when it was time to load her in their shuttles. I'm grateful! She said it was the trip of her life!!! Thank you!
The heat outside! LOL . Nothing that you could control. I'll pick November next time to take her. LOL
Food service was poor at best
Biltmore Estates is beautiful. Nice hotel. It had a pool. Close to winery, shops, restaurants. Service from reception area fantastic.
Didn’t clean our room first day. Came in to replace towels & dirty cups & nothing else. Should have room cleaned for that price. Other days were fine.
The grounds were emasculate. Loved the gardens and bike ride. Staff were polite and professional.
Hallways and common areas were too cold
Absolutely gorgeous! Every staff member we encountered was knowledgeable and professional yet charming and personable.
Nothing it was all wonderful to the detail.
