Office staff not helpful or friendly. One man in lobby
The room was unique and did not feel like a hotel room. It was very convenient to The Biltmore and everyone was very nice. I enjoyed my stay very much. Well worth the price.
We enjoyed the hotel, it was located in the village which provided easy access to hiking, restaurants and shopping. The staff was helpful and kind and the room was very clean. The food was excellent at the Village Hotel restaurant and at The Inn Dining Room.
It was difficult to determine which transportation was going where. The buses/trams didn't have any signs on them to indicate where they were going.
I don’t have anything I don’t like.
It was extremely clean and the restaurant was Excellent!
1. Check-in- I booked this property back in July . When I went to check in I was informed that I would be on the ground level . I explained to the gentleman that I had a special needs adult and the noise level can bother her . Told him that I sent the email when I made a the reservation back in July and I sent the email the day I made the reservation. He proceeded to ask me for the email. That was 6 months ago . Didn’t know I should have saved the email. (Learned from that mistake) That night I saw a lady who was in a wheel chair . She and I was talking and she said that she had wanted a room on the bottom floor but that it wasn’t available. She like me had requested a specific floor. Maybe in the future you need to consider people who have disabilities or children who have special needs. 2 - I have been to many hotels all over and have never encountered the most rudest people on this planet. Don’t know if it is the holiday. I am not referring to the staff but to the people staying in the hotel.
