Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing local attractions. The breakfast, especially when served in the beautiful orangerie or Apollo-Saal, received high marks for quality and atmosphere. Many guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms, and there were repeated complaints about the pool being closed or out of order during their stays. Despite some negative feedback regarding cleanliness and amenities, the positive aspects of location, breakfast, and service stood out for most visitors.
