The only saving grace was a man who come on staff in the evening was very helpful. Other than him, we felt like we were uncared for. Waited to check in for thirty minutes then they wanted to charge us for parking because the limit for parking without being charged was thirty minutes.

Pros (+) Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.

Pros (+) The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons (-) Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
