Pros (+) It is a perfect location for Zion's, Sand Hollow Creek, St George and many bike trails. We had plenty of space and the kitchen and dining area worked well for the meals we fixed there.
Cons (-) The hot tub didn't work, which we would have used after hiking and biking.
