Our initial room was not clean (the bathroom vanity was dirty, so the shower had dirt and hair in the floor, there was hair in the sheets, the carpet had not been vacuumed) and did not smell fresh at all. Pros (+) Super nice and accommodating of our needs. We arrived after midnight with a 4 month old baby and they had the crib and everything all set up. Highly recommend!
