Pros (+) Staff were very nice and polite.
Cons (-) The purpose of my visit was to be in Norfolk early to get a good night's sleep and to give me time to prep for a job interview the next day. When I entered the room, I noticed there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from a previous guest. When I took a shower the water never got warm so I ended up taking any icy cold dip instead. Pros (+) Clean, comfortable hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. Best free breakfast we've had at any hotel. Location is convenient to many things in Norfolk.
