Pros: The hotel is very friendly!! The hotel and rooms are superbly appointed. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help. This is the best Intercontinental brand I have stayed at around the world. And I have stayed at some nice ones in other countries. Try the Cub Lounge. It is worth every penny of the extra cost. Very good way to unwind, eat, have a cocktail, without having to spend Singapore prices. The Club team is very helpful and will make your stay even more Pleasantville.
Pros: Location is great!
Breakfast buffet is fabulous!
Overall value is reasonable!
Cons: The facility seems old, but it doesn't look bad.
Pool is small, but it was ok for kids.
The InterContinental® Singapore places you minutes from Marina Bay and the Central Business District and it's a short stroll from the National Museum the Singapore Art Museum and other cultural institutions. Direct access to Bugis train station connects you to the city's many shopping and entertainment precincts. You can dine on European cuisine in Ash & Elm restaurant or try Chinese dishes in Man Fu Yuan. Glimpse into Singapore's past with the hotel's Guided Heritage Trail walking tour.
Pros: Clean, friendly and convinient. Appreciate that the facilities are 24 hours, and that the cost is all inclusive.
Cons: Lighting in room is a little bright, but I am nitpicking here.
Located in Orchard Road, this boutique hotel is within 2 mi (3 km) of Lucky Plaza, National Museum of Singapore, and Peranakan Museum. National Orchid Garden and Chinatown Heritage Center are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: great gym, great spa, great breakfast. across the street from subway stop. Next to Little India and 3 blocks from Mustafa [look it up]. One of the loveliest modern hotels I have been in.
Cons: It is next door to a hospital, which is owned by the same guy that owns the hotel. If one has health worries, this is the hotel for you.
Pros: The room was really nice.
Cons: The staff. I was there early, 1PM, they told me they were cleaning my room, so I waited there. They should have told me just to come back later, instead of telling me that they were cleaning my room to be ready. They were kind of rude to me, too.
Pros: Free snacks and pop restocked every day was nice touch. Staff was great!
Cons: Location is not by most popular attractions, but close to MRT. This could also be considered a plus when wanting to experience local population.
Pros: Uniqure location, beautiful room
Pros: Location is very close to MRT and lot of eating options around. Complimentary mini bar replenishment. Front desk staff is good. Huge swimming pool.
Cons: Rooms are small. Bathrooms are extremely small. Water comes out of shower area due to bad design. House keeping is mediocre. All lights are connected to 3 predefined theme (can't control individual light on / off)
Pros: 5 star had everything and more.I could live here
Pros: It was clean, fresh, beds comfortable, great pool, great food, friendly staff, great location
Pros: Especially their service
Pros: The room exceeded expectations and the staff was very attentive. The location's juxtaposition to the SMRT station made for easy travel around the city.
Cons: Some of the areas around the hotel seemed a bit dodgy with idlers sitting about.
This is a fantastic hotel in a great location in Singapore. It is easily accessible from public transport, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are really lovely.
Pros: The hotel really is a pleasure to stay in - gorgeous rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff make it a gem in Singapore.
Cons: The time to wait for check in and check out was really much too long for a 5-star hotel. This is especially the case when you've flown into the Singaporean heat and just want to get up to your room and relax.
Pros: Micro detailed/designed room makes you not want to leave the room Friendly staff Plenty of restaurants in the area
Cons: Location is not well known to Taxi drivers eventhough it is near to Mustafa at little India.
Placing you within a 15-minute drive of Chinatown Heritage Center and National Orchid Garden, One Farrer Hotel & Spa offers an airport shuttle (available on request) for SGD 150 per vehicle. There's an outdoor pool and a bar/lounge, and rooms at this luxurious hotel get the details right with rainfall showerheads and bathrobes.
Pros: I mean, does he ever sleep? He is passing out goodnight mints at night, and whipping up breakfast in the morning. And everything in between! Great hostel. Older crowd. Perhaps due to the price point
Cons: No external windows in the room, so it's always like a cave. Some people may prefer this. I prefer some natural light.
Pros: Chic capsule is an awesome stay. Desmond is the host with the most. He or his twin brother Devon are always at the desk. He is more than willing to go out of his way for you and help you in anyway possible. He is a virtual plethora of information about Singapore. The location is great. Just next to Chinatown but nice and relaxed. I would recommend it to anyone
Cons: Sometimes there are other guests that have no respect for the hostel environment. Very noisy people! I wish the lobby was more than a stretched out hallway.
Chic Capsule Otel offers free airport drop-off service (available 24 hours) and puts you in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Chinatown Heritage Center and Thian Hock Keng Temple. Guests will have free perks like breakfast and WiFi. Also, Boat Quay and Raffles Place are within a 15-minute walk.
Cons: Check out rush is poorly managed. Starting from waiting for elevators.
Pros: Everything. Cannot fault any part of anything.
Pros: A piscina e o sky park sem duvida são o ponto alto do hotel, no mais é um hotel de luxo como outro qualquer.
Cons: piscina muito cheia, complicado ter momento de relax..
Cons: Too many kids in the pool.
Pros: The view was a killer!
Cons: Too expensive but well worth the stay!
Pros: Pool, room and views are amazing. If you can afford it is great. Mall food court has reasonable prices with great food.
Cons: Very poor to no breakfast options except for the very expensive average breakfast buffet for $55.
Pros: Love the view from both of the rooms I stayed in. 1 on the 17th and then in the 43rd, both in tower 3. Facing the marina.
Cons: The food choices for dine-in service seemed limited and we're a bit overpriced.
Pros: Comfort & luxury are the name of the game at Marina Bay Sands
Cons: We thought the Club 55 access would be an added value however I think they oversold the access and there were long lines to get seated within the time frame they reserved for cocktails hour. It was extremely annoying.
Pros: asked for non smoking.. room smelled like ashtray
Cons: they brought up and air filter
Pros: The service was fantastic and the infinity pool is amazing. The hotel is very clean and there is a ton to do in Marina Bay.
Pros: Perfectly acceptable hotel accommodation
Cons: Second rate reservation, checkin and checkout experience. Requested room unavailable. Overcharged. No senior staff availability. Poor conflict resolution.
Cons: Only complaint I have is that the temperature in the lobby bar is too cold to enjoy the wonderful ambiance that exists in that venue.

Pros: Location is great... lots of shops & great nightlight... MRT very close to the Hotel... Breakfast was good + executive club on the 11th floor for happy hour was a bonus... Never had to wait for a cab...
Cons: 2nd floor under construction... lots of noise during the week... pool area looked a little dated....
Cons: The hotel was more of a 3 stars or less. It need a lot of updating. Everything from the bed to bathroom was old and worn out.

I had asked for an iPhone charger as I had forgot - they had asked me to deposit the phone as their policy is not to give it to the room but they will have one charger that is used to charge everyone. So deposit the phone and collect it when done.
Did not supply utilities like tooth brush, ear buds, etc. I am a business traveller and expect these so I save from carrying them.

The rooms were very well organized and spacious, the bedding was very nice with comfortable beds. I stayed on a club floor with free breakfast, free evening cocktails, free 2 pieces of daily laundry, free internet and check-in check-out on your floor. All of that was very well done and appreciated. There are 2 quality restaurants in the hotel and the pool area is a very nice place to get away for a few hours. The pool itself is huge when compared to other city center hotels. I would recommend this hotel to everyone just be aware that it is a long walk or short cab ride to most anything you will want to do.
Pros: I stayed on a club floor and the evening cocktails were accompanied by an excellent array of snacks
Cons: The location worked for me but it is away from most tourist activities and a fairly long walk to a metro stop. The adjacent Arab Street area is very interesting to explore.
