KAYAK
I got to the rental car location and the building was closed. Officials would not let anyone in and I believe it was evacuated. I received no notification from anyone. I tried calling the phone number to the location and it was disconnected. After an hour of trying to reach anyone from dollar I had to give up and take a train to my destination.
