Pros (+) Place is perfect!!! Great staff. Location is key. Easy walk to all of portsmouth. Yet a bit of rural feel to it. I will 110% stay again.

Cons (-) Rooms are very tiny, was able to hear neighbors walking - talking. Not worth for the money spent.
