Guests consistently highlight the hotel's exceptionally friendly and attentive service, with many noting the staff's hospitality and flexibility. The breakfast receives high praise for its quality, variety, and presentation. Spacious, clean rooms and excellent pool and spa facilities are also frequently mentioned as positives.
