I didn’t get on plane. Passport being processed by consulate with visa application. Tried to cancel through underpricer after purchasing cacelling for any reason. No dice, they are thieves.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Great. Food going from Australia to the US was better than other way around, but still needs improvement in terms of quality and quantity!!!
Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
EVen warmer in the plane it think it was 24+ degrees
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
Had a crying baby and a toddler behind me so it was difficult to get comfortable. Searing was tight even for a relatively small person like myself (5’8” 155). Fast flight but arrived so early the gate assigned was still occupied by another plane so we had to wait for about 20-25 minutes to get reassigned to a new gate and get over there.
Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.
The food on the trip Toronto to Athens could be better: the chicken didn’t taste good.
This was actually a bus ride to the KW airport. It was smooth and comfortable and on time.
Rushed, the boarding was a great deal like a Chinese fire drill.
Previous flight from Melbourne to Brisbane was late. I had 1 hr 40 min to get to the connecting flight. That was not enough time as I had to take a shuttle bus to change terminal. Then needed to get through security and customs. The airline was announcing my name to board at 9:10. The take off time was scheduled for 9:40 but I was again one of the last to board at about 9:20. Kayak needs to allow more time for these connections
Almost missed boarding, mass line up made me be the last person. Wish the announcement was more loud, didn’t hear what seats or zones were ready. Being last also made finding space for my roller bag. Fortunately the flight attendants made it work!
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Good service was quite limited but that is due to short flight.
Missed flight to Kamloops with Air Canada. They did not hold the plane when I was delayed in security. Could not provide another flight for THREE DAYS. Provided hotel, however I had my husband come to get me. This needs to be compensated.
Minimal food offered (crackers). Had to clean the seat with a wet wipe because of dried food.
Full compliments to Captain for all four landing. Crew could be more polite and nice.
