I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

Flight from Lima to São Paulo didn’t have USB plug to charge the cellphone.

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL

Plane didn’t even make it off the ground. We all had to get off and walk to a different terminal (lots of confusion) to get on a different plane. Landed fairly late, connections missed.

Crew is way too many times on the intercom re explaining the same thing

The Palm Springs to Chicago O’Hare was on Time and Palm Springs airport is easier navigate. As our connection was only an approximately 50 minutes, we asked staff for insights for the Chicago airport in terms of transferring into the other terminal from which our flight left, and they were unhelpful. However, the United App was very helpful in terms of notifications and even providing directions. The Chicago to Detroit flight was significantly delayed which we all know does happen. However, there were very few updates or notifications as to why this was happening when we would actually arrive. It took nearly 30 minutes for bags to make it to baggage claim. We arrived nearly 1 hour late on a 40 minute flight.

The best part was we weren’t too delayed. Seating space in economy is insulting and about as uncomfortable as one could expect before mutiny breaks out. Prep for landing happened well over 45 minutes before wheels down: no final garbage pickup and it interrupted those of us who needed tray tables down for dinner, etc.

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers

There was a 6 hr delay and they kept saying we would board soon, keeping us close the gate... I could have relaxed someplace instead of hovering around the gate.

Include at least some snack in the airfare and distribute it for free in flight rather than have customers pay for it. Customers are more likely to accept a $10 increase in air ticket than but a snack in flight for $5.
