Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.

Honestly, best experience I've had with an airline in recent memory. Flight was on time, comfortable seats, snacks and entertainment was top notch.

Delayed flights. Missed connections. Inadequate rebooking timeframes. Incompetent customer service agents. Rather than a 70 minute flight home, I had to drive for 5 hours, arriving home at 4am — epically bad experience with United that I won’t soon forget.

Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.

On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

The food was terrible and they lost my luggage which created a lot of issues.

United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.

Flight attendant was sincerely mean -- a true disgrace to an otherwise pretty crummy company anyway. Really embarrassing. I actually feel bad for United.

Lufthansa really doesn’t care. Had my 11yr old sitting in a different aisle than me. Ticketing and staff and boarding said they couldn’t do anything!!! Typical Lufthansa flight…always the same!

Overall, terrific service, accommodations, and experience. Only reason comfort was rated lower was because it was difficult to keep a comfortable sleeping position for the overnight flight, but I also had an economy seat.

Horrible seat allocation. Boarding was slow. Food was average and so was entertainment. The TV terminal didn't work and so had to use remote.

All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.

I liked that even though there was a two hour delay, I was notified WELL in advance, and could arrive at the airport later. Comfort was better than most airlines for the price. The crew was helpful and kind, taking time to respond to passengers’ questions, I noticed. The cheerfulness of the personnel made for a very pleasant vibe throughout. My experience was very positive.

I have not used food or entertainment all other services I used were simply excellent. BA crew is always good in service. The BA Crew at anygiven flight is simply amazing.

Did not refund airfare, cancelled fue to war in the Middle East. Trip insurance was useless.

Crew was attentive and friendly. Plane was comfortable. Bathroom was not very clean, but that is to be expected.

We paid to upgrade to business class as it was an overnight flight but were seated next to a couple with a baby that cried most of the night. One flight attendant member, an older female, was very grumpy. The rest of the crew were fine. The flight was fine, Baggage collection was also good.

Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.
