All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
It was terrible because the flight was delayed for 3 hours.
Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.
The male air hostess was rude and didn’t provide good customer service. Didn’t even offer me a drink
My luggage didn't make my transfer in Newark. It took 4 days to receive it even though I tried to pick it up at the airpory
United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.
Flight was delayed, which put a great stress on us, about potentially disrupting our two subsequent overseas flights. Had to run through the airport, but we made it. Comfort of the seat was non-existent.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
