All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
It was terrible because the flight was delayed for 3 hours.
Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.

United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.
Flight was delayed, which put a great stress on us, about potentially disrupting our two subsequent overseas flights. Had to run through the airport, but we made it. Comfort of the seat was non-existent.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.
