We came back from Europe and needed to take a domestic flight to Palmerston North.We had a lot of handluggage that was allowed in our international flight, we had purchased an extra suitcase ticket to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. The lady that helped us was not willing to include any more items than 1 small suitcase that weighed only 11 kg, but we had paid for 23 kg. When we wanted to board the airplane we were told we could only take 7 kg each. Which caused problems and stress that we couldn't use after a 40-hour flight from Europe. We discussed this with the lady at the counter which wasn't really helpful to start with, but eventually, she let us board the plane anyway after we had to explain our situation a few times, and after she asked us to weigh our extra items, which of course we're more than 7 kg. We were pleased that at least she let us board our plane in the end. Hopefully next time we won't encounter the same problems."

I flew to New Zealand with a large bag and then when I went to check in for my return flight they told me I couldn't check it to bring it back and my only option was to cargo it, which was not helpful being that the cargo was out of the airport and I needed to catch my flight. I was luckily able to check it on a separate flight my boyfriend was going on. But I would have either have had to leave my bag or miss my flight if he hadn't been there. It should have been more apparent that I wouldn't have been able to check it on the way back. It makes no sense to be able to bring a bag to New Zealand and not bring it back. That was very frustrating and overall I was very disappointed with this experience."

They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers."

The international flight to Perth was better but the flight back from Perth was not good. Every flight should be welcoming and helpful. The attitude and involvement of flight crew makes or breaks the journey even if the craft is old and not perfect With regards eva young and trusting that this review canbe of help."

(By the time the snack was served it was long after meal service too, so we were already quite hungry). It just made for an annoying experience feeling like because we were at the back, we had to just take what we were given. They could make more of an effort to make sure ALL passengers are treated well."

When checking in a Delta they advised I wasn't booked on the flight and that I had to head to the VA terminal to get my flight reissued. I walked 10 minutes with a lot of luggage to the VA terminal only to find it not staffed. I then had to walk back to the DL counter and due to the issues wasn't able to be put on a flight with a connection at 10:30pm."

Such a rude ignorant person. The amount of luggage including baby stroller I traveled from Los Angeles to Nadi. Nadi to Sydney was perfectly fine. When I checkin from Sydney to los angles, the Fiji manager said you have to pay for stroller. I said I came all the way from Los Angeles to Sydney like that and I even showed the tags too, Christopher said Sydney has different policy. I left the stroller to him and Saud to him keep it for your kids and came back home without baby stroller."

I'm used to airlines charging for checked luggage, that's no problem, but to only allow 7 kg of weight on checked bags is basically forcing everyone to just check their luggage. I figured my bag, which could easily fit in their tight bins, would be fine for carry on. I was wrong. Then, because i didn't realize their ludicrous system, I had to pay more than double because 'the flight has already opened for checking in'. This airline is laughable. They might start out the 'least expensive' option but by the time you're done with them nickel and diming you it's better to just book the more expensive flight with a legitimate airline. Oh, and did I mention that I paid for seats up front (again, another tactic for milking you dry) and I was so crammed that I couldn't move my legs? This airline is pathetic. I learned my lesson and will never fly Jetstar"
