Cons: I was not able to travel. When I reached the airport, I was told that I needed a transit visa for my 1.5 hr stopover in Auckland.

Pros: I absolutely LOVE AIR NEW ZEALAND !!!!! SPACIOUS , WELCOMING, AND VERY SATISFYING !!!

Cons: Flight was 90 minutes delayed. No updates in terminal. No apologies from crew

Cons: The boarding process @ Aukland Airport is a mess. We had to use the machines and some were not working properly and not enough staff to help customers. It was crowded and I had to fight my way to find a machine.

Cons: Repeatedly delayed, almost missed my next flight

Pros: I had to cancel the flight because the have customer service very poor in air New Zealand vancouver BC agents the could not solve a simple problem in esta that happened to me similarly in Australia with the same problem of esta if they are not efficient they should be replaced there many good candidate for airlines in Vancouver BC

Cons: NOT BEING DELAYED - WHICH RESULTED IN ME ONLY GETTING AT HOME CLOSE THE 2AM IN THE MORNING WITH WORK STARTING AT 7AM!!!

Pros: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Pros: The crew were not particularly friendly. They were somewhat abrupt.

Cons: The crew’s attitude to passengers and manner of communication. The flight was delayed by about 20 to 25 minutes but there were no announcements about it or apologies for the inconvenience.

Pros: Service was very good despite our one hour delay! Everyone was appropriately apologetic though.

Cons: Flight was one hour delayed not due to equipment but because the ground crew failed to load the cargo in time! That was annoying. (Then an ill patient had to be removed resulting in a further delay trying to retrieve her luggage.) I felt bad for those with tight connections.

Cons: They don't greet me only the people in front and behind me. I didn't receive a meal she skipped me i don't know if you have to pay or not but the person on the left of me got one and the person the right got one

Cons: I will never fly Jetstar again!! ONLY AFTER I BOOKED AND PAID, the system allowed me to book my baggage. Imagine my disgust when I was charged over $100 per bag!! If I had known the outrageous baggage charge, I would not have used this airline, and I never will again.

Pros: I was rebooked to JQ7001 which is VERY disappointing as it leaves Sydney 6 hours later than JQ199, my original flight. Reason given by Jetstar: JQ199 has been closed. An outright lie as JQ199 departed Sydney as per schedule today. I

Pros: It is a short trip and it is easy to get on and off the flight without too much hassle. Except when it is raining as you have to walk from the terminal to the plane. No Food or Entertainment is provided as it is such a short flight

Pros: Crew always happy and polite.

Cons: all travellers were polite this trip, which I’m sure was appreciated by the crew.

Pros: I like the lady who checked me in.

Cons: First of all, your selection of food could be way better. You’re traveling between two places that have extensive access to rice - why is your gluten-free menu so poor? Your airline crew are scary and I’m worried that if there was a true emergency none of them would know how to get us off the plane safely.

Cons: For the original flight 704 on 6/10/16 We arrived at the airport at 9:30 am for our 11:50 flight, we were ready for boarding at 11:10 but no boarding. They finally announced the flight would be delayed until 1330 then we saw the plane with fire engines on the ground. They then said flight delayed until 1500. The problem was there was no communication from them and lots of people in line to talk with them. Infact communication was seriously lacking and needs a lot of improvement. They finally announced that the flight was delayed until 2200. I finally stood in line to confirm that they had made other flight arrangements for us to get to SF, again they didn't communicate. We couldn't get another flight until 6/11/16 @ 1845 but they did provide lodging and 3 meals. We didn't mind the delay but they need serious on improving their communication with their passengers

Cons: Narrow Ailes make it difficult to board.

Cons: Issue with baggage, i.e. no indication of what was included in the ticket and no way to pre-pay for luggage (at what I already considered an exorbitant rate of 60$ per piece) so ended up having to pay120$ each for 2 checked bags at the airport!

Cons: I didn't like that you have a limit at 7 kg at cabine bag. I came from Europe with a 10 kg cabine bag with WizzAir., then I continued with Saudia. I observed that Jetstar has that limit and I was obligged to take a checked luggage

Cons: They wanted $1000 to checked 2 bags because 2 boxes were not checked. Absurd charge for what is usually free. We will never fly them again. This is their cheap way to make money.

Cons: Oberstar nickels and dimes you. $4.00 coffee, you have to be kidding

Cons: One of my pet dislikes would be when some passengers have oversized carryon luggage that take up all the room in the overhead compartment of their own and the next one! My bag was about 3 compartments in front of me, which I didn’t mind, until someone tried to claim my bag as theirs...

Cons: Choices of food is not much of variety, not of good selection & more so not available when i decided to purchase a small beef pie that is quite costly

Cons: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.
