Cons: "Waited 55 minutes for baggage claim in Auckland. No reason given. I expect better service from Air New Zealand even though I understand the baggage handler’s are different group"
Pros: "Entertainment and board WiFi excellent"
Cons: "Boarding was a surprise, at least 200 m walking in the light rain, no previous warning."
Pros: "Everything. Air NZ has the best Premium Economy class in the sky."

Pros: "The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay."
Cons: "Nothing. The flight was efficiently run and seats comfortable."

Cons: "Trip was the roughest I have ever been on for virtually the entire time. Could not sleep. Business class cabin was also had the most noise of any front of airplane experience I have had."
Cons: "I was charged with an excessive checked baggage of $170 NZ dollars for 1 bag that weighed over 7 kg that Air New Zealand said had to be checked and would not allow as carry on baggage. I challenged the high baggage fee with other Air New Zealand staff, to no avail. I was told that the checked baggage cost for 1 bag had recently gone up from $120 NZD to $170 NZD."
Pros: "Reliable service. Flew Air NZ twice without any hiccups. Boards on time, leaves on time. Get a biscuit (cookie), drink, and sweet. Had room on both flights also. Not packed to the gills and enjoyed the aerial view of the lovely NZ countryside."
Cons: "Nothing... didn’t give 5 star due to no monitor/tv for entertainment but with such a short flight it really isn’t necessary."

We were downgraded from business class to premium economy with no advance notice. The staff at the gate were extremely rude, the crew on board not very interested in our comfort, mostly stood in the galley and talked with each other. The food was about the worst I have had and the portions were small ( and I am not a big eater). altogether sbout as disappointing an experience as is possible
My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I took the vegetarian option that’s fine but surely the crew member can say no in a more pleasant way. Although I had a great time in Australia. Thank you

Cons: "Seat spacing: way too close in economy. When person in front puts seat back, could not stand up to get out of seat. Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Cons: "Information from Qantas on the last minute delay to the flight and ongoing changes to the timing, was poor. We got most of our information on the delay and timing was largely from other sources."
