The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Cons: "Boarding is shambolic - no signs, no announcements, no disciplined queuing system. Business class sears old-fashioned, not horizontal, uncomfortable. Impossible to get to first class lounge until the Emirates desk opens (we had a 5-hour wait before we could go to security as we couldn’t go through until the desk opened to take checked luggage. They appear unfamiliar with boarding passes on the phone - wanted paper ones."
Pros: "Most of the staff were supportive and caring and made me feel like nothing was too much to ask."
Cons: "I didn't realise my kid wouldn't get her own meal and I ran out of food if prepared by the last flight as we were travelling 38 hours in total. Snacks were available on request but it was just crisps so I gave her most of my meals."
Pros: "The departure & arrival time. A fantastic price that included an excellent meal there and back, 30k luggage quota, entertainment that lasted throughout the duration of the flight. It just seemed seamless and felt like it didn't take that long to get there. I will definitely be catching this flight, every time I return to NZ"

Cons: "Poor service, host lied when queried on arrival documentation to avoid doing anything. Second person we asked was helpful and answered immediately. Plane was two hours late with no explanation or communication. I did not expect such a poor level of service and it my worst experience with emerits."
Enjoyed the comfort of the seats, slight delay to departure time but prompt takeoff and landing.

Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.

Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Cons: "30 passengers on a 60 seat plane. We should have been spaced out due to the Coronavirus, but NO. We reallocated seats which had us all jammed up the front and back with rows of empty seats in between. Not good enough Qantas! I asked to change and the cery pleasant hostess said no we were NOT allowed. I do NOT understand this."

I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member"

Flight was cancelled and the next available flight they could get me on was 18:30 that night. I was travelling up for a conference so needed to be in Brisbane by 12:00 at the latest. I had to rebook with another carrier and I've had to follow up three times about the refund for this flight. The flight I rebooked cost over $400.
If it wasn’t delayed over 2 hours and then asked people to volunteer to go tomorrow.

You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.

They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Pros: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."

The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."
