Expect airlines that offer “full service” to offer something better for the price, also the fact that no fixed TVs or iPads and you have to use your phone to watch movies, at least get a phone holder on the back of the seat."

Then on the way home another 30 min delay. horrible first experience flying, Was very disappointed in the customer service & missed my brothers wedding. I should have booked Qantas instead of Virgin."

This is the second time in 2 months this flight has been delayed."

Flight cancelled by carrier no viable options offered by phone representative held on the telephone for over an hour whilst travelling to airport in an attempt to get a flight home. Holiday cut short, had to return rental car 1/2 day earlier than what had been paid for, lunch reservations had to be cancelled and no responsibility accepted by Jetstar representative. Well they have definitely lost me as a customer, none of the companies I own would treat a customer in such a manner we believe that we NEED customers to stay in business. Then to top it all off had a hour and a half travel time from Bne as opposed to half an hour from Coolangatta."

Cons: "I booked a return flight from Brisbane to Sydney for a business meeting that only lasted a few hours. I flew in Domestic and when I tried checking in for the return flight they said I was booked on international and had to take a train to that terminal. When I arrived at the International terminal they then told me I needed a Passport or Australian ID. I only had Canadian ID as I didn't need anything other than my booking number to fly into Sydney. So they then book me back on a later flight home at the domestic terminal so then I had to take the train back to where I started from. The staff just looked at me like I was the stupid one through this circus."

Each baggage is accord to the carry on boarding rule. In fact, we only want to check in one baggage. But, she told me $50 per baggage. She cheat us. Buy 20 Kg baggage only need $24 in Jetstar internet."

Cons: "Turned up at the airport and they wanted $50 for the first 15 kg then $15 PER KILO for checked baggage. I had tried prepaying on my mobile phone and they wanted $50 plus a $25 service fee. Turns out if you use a laptop there is no additional $25 fee. Don't wait until you get to the airport to pay for checked baggage! Only free beverage is water. Soft drinks are charged for. No free pretzels or anything."

Not only that, the staff person insisted that I check in my backpack (not a large backpack) and then pay a large sum for checking it in. Jetstar staff are CROOKS- there was no need to check in the standard size backpack. The staffperson also LIED- I said that I would store the bag at the airport and the staffperson said it would cost the same. NOT TRUE. There is an option to store the bag at the hotel for MUCH LESS."
