Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.
On time and a quick flight and staff vert good
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Easy process and no delays. Economy-X seats could do with some lumbar support and the padding in the seat pan was compressed so a little uncomfortable, but LOVE the legroom.

Cons: "They delayed the flight and notified me by e-mail when I was already at the airport !! There was no representative at the airport to discuss anything or even communicate anything. Since delay in flight from NYC would cause me to miss my flight from Dusseldorf to Vienna (next leg), they randomly added two more legs to my trip, extending my travel to Vienna to be almost 24 hour experience. For a mere $60 more, I could have flown with various other airlines if I new this would so bad. No communication and absolutely no willingness to discuss any options from the airline company customer service. Also, on the plane the seats are so close to each other, that I, a short guy of 5'2" could barely fit in between."
Cons: "Smallest seats I have been in my life. Even when sitting up straight my knees were pressed against the seat in front, I'm only 1.69 mts and it was an 11 hour flight that's unacceptable. Never again"
Cons: "Air Berlin lost our luggage on a 2 week trek vacation. Bag got stuck in Dusseldorf, where we were connecting through on our way to Geneva. Everything we had for two full weeks of trekking was in our bags, and we didn't get them back before we started the trek! Absolutely do not recommend."
Cons: "My flight from Zurich to Dusseldorf left 1.5 hours late making my connection for San Francisco very short and stressful. AirBerlin offered no information beyond the gate number as to whether the flight was being held for our late arriving plane of other guidance. The legroom on the seat on my first segment was so small that it was impossible not to have my knees jammed into the seat in front of me and when an AirBerlin employee flopped down in the seat in front the seat smashed into me bruising my knees. Horrible, horrible airline!"

The flight was cancelled 7 hours before it was due to fly and Jetstar said they couldn't get us on any other flight that day. We took a refund and easily booked a Virgin flight close to the time of the canvelled Jetstar flight.
No entertainment at all and any food or drinks had to be ordered and paid for...crew was ok as they looked more worried about Covid rules and restrictions instead of the well being of myself as a passenger...
Pros: "We arrived safely and on time."
Cons: "The pricing seems low when purchasing the ticket, but we were charged $45/bag for our carryon bags that could easily have fit in the overhead bins (and on a separate flight with another airline that is what we did). Seems like a money grab to charge for the carryon if it weighs more than 7g or whatever small amount. Just take that cost into account when booking your flight."

Cons: "The crew’s attitude to passengers and manner of communication. The flight was delayed by about 20 to 25 minutes but there were no announcements about it or apologies for the inconvenience."
Cons: "The attitude of the crew towards passengers with children. They made us wake up our sleeping child because she was on a blow up cushion that obstructed her leg space. Even though we explained it could be deflated in a single second and was not causing harm to anyone else they still made us move it. Also, they gave us a guilt trip for changing a peepee diaper in our seat (careful not to touch any seats) and wouldn't take the trash. As any parents knows, changing a diaper in an airline bathroom is one of the most unsanitary and awful things you can do with your young child due to the extreme lack of space. Airlines in general should make a "family bathroom" with more space for parents to change their kids."

Cons: "The food menu is very limited to bready, carbohydrates - not a single salad or actual meal is available. Everything is tv dinner style. The entertainment only changes every few months so if you are frequent flyer with JetStar, you'll get bored of the movie and TV selection within three flights. The customer service varies wildly. I had one flight where a steward spilled a cup (literally) of water on me and handed me two napkins, and another flight where they moved me to a more comfortable seat upon request. Also, the JetStar membership is a JOKE! I paid for a year membership with the offer of deals and lower, membership prices. HA! I have yet to see an international offer, and they only reduce prices of say entertainment by $1. Also, they don't have an actual MILES program. If I was flying with ANY other company, I would have received some type of positive upgrade for all my flying with them. I must have flown 100,000 miles with them this year already."
