These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

The person on the aile was had a broken knee and was wheel- chaired on to the plane. As a result we could not get up to go to the bathroom. 4. Because we left late from Los Angles , we missed our connecting flight on to Auckland. Qantas was kind enough to apologise, put us on another flight and gave us vouchers worth a grand total of $10. 5. We then arrived 2 hours late in Auckland, where we missed our connecting flight to Wellington. 6. Our 2 bags that were checked-in at New York are still missing. This is being written 4 days left New York. 7. WE have since had to purchase new winter clothes."

Despite the line (of several hundred people), the staff appeared to have no urgency about moving customers through the check-in process, and at one point two of the the three workers quit working, packed up and left. Replacements arrived five minutes later and took another five to ten minutes to set-up before helping customers - leaving one agent for the overflowing line. Total wait time for check-in alone was over 1 hour."

Upon waiting for over 12 hours and a number of phone calls to both delta and virgin I was advised that my luggage hasn't even left Sydney and they are not sure when they can deliver it. I have now missed an important work meeting that I came over for and have been in the same clothes for 48 hours Without my clothes and my critical blood pressure medication. I am frustrated/disappointed/furious would be an understatement. I have travelled with a number of other airlines, but this was by far the worst experience"

Not sure why when the flight was delayed by more than 30 min. staff not helpful or considerate. No solution offered to make me happy or to acknowledge that I had already paid for 20kg. I could be talking to a machine and it would've been the same outcome."
