Cons: Boarding exceptionally slow due to intensive screening of each passengers hand luggage. Opportunististic for making an extra $36/bag if a gram over 7. Seat unable to recline. Literally not enough room for legs and needed to sit sideways and I’m not that tall!

Cons: Having to put my own luggage tags on only to be told by a fit man “ they’re upside down!’l he should’ve put them On !!

Cons: The hidden baggage cost more than taking a first class flight on a different airline, normal 50lb bags traveling over seas for 2 weeks.

Pros: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Cons: Airline lost our bags on way to Australia so we had to buy extra clothing and personal items while here. Then airline charges us $65 because our bags are overweight with the things we had to buy because of lost bags.

Pros: Boarding and disembarking were very smooth, and our bags were ready for collection very quickly.

Cons: I'm disappointed that Virgin doesn't include more food on their flights anymore, especially as this flight was over lunch time.

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Pros: My seat was not kicked. No crying babies. (Neither was due to the airline).

Cons: Queue Jump was initially ignored, at gate. Flight attendant made sarcastic comments. No food to purchase, not even tea/coffee.

Cons: The flight was extremely delayed and appeared to be the turn around time due to the flight arrival time and the passengers on the flight unloading. I note that my departure flight was also delayed significantly. This return flight delay caused me to miss my flight, even though I had a good buffer.

Pros: It is a short trip and it is easy to get on and off the flight without too much hassle. Except when it is raining as you have to walk from the terminal to the plane. No Food or Entertainment is provided as it is such a short flight

Pros: There is absolutely nothing about this flight or this airline that I enjoyed in the slightest.

Cons: Everything. The staff was completely unorganized and understaffed and incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Cons: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.

Pros: Speed

Cons: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner. What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers. Cons: I had to claim my bag between Jetstar flights and then go through security again to my second leg....I flew from Hobart to Auckland today. So at Melbourne I spent several hours in the process Of going to claim my bag, going through security again and rechecking it. Horror...terrible experience. I will never fly Jetstar again....they do not transfer bags between the flights on their own airlines which I booked under the same ticket.

Cons: No issues with the flight itself or crew however the flight was rescheduled after booking from 11.45am departure to 8.35pm (then urther delay of 30m on day).

Cons: Flight time rescheduled meaning we had very little time for connecting flight. Then they checked our luggage in (weighed 8.5kg and only 7 allowed (charged $108). The booking in of the bags meant one of our party missed connecting flight. She arrived at gate while plane was still there and Capt said he would wait but ground staff over-ruled decision. Not happy.

Pros: Pretty much all my needs/wants were seen to! Likewise, on the trans-ocean flight leg.

Cons: Some fashion model wishing me happy flying? I really don't know. :)

Cons: Flight was delayed and then put into stack in Sydney - but given the Sydney weather over the weekend maybe that was to be expected. Flight crew could be more aware of annoying teenagers and others being disruptive in the cabin and painful for other passengers.

Cons: Average service, too bad they are partnered/owned by Qantas

Cons: Overly restrictive carry-on weight allowances (less than international standards) meant paying an extra charge that added 50% to the cost of my ticket. Will think twice before flying TigerAir again.

Cons: We did not get on the flight, there was no staff available to check in our bags. Everyone we spoke to was rude and abnoxious at Brisbane airport. The only people were lovely and helpful were the volunteers in the blue shirts who tried to direct us in the right direction. We finally got on a flight and still had to pay for it.
