Cons: "A330 was too small for this distance. Seat pitch felt worse than newer domestic aircraft. Left the whole exit row free. I know you have to pay for this but as a gold member you might have thought they could accommodate if vacant and me being unable to fit my legs behind the chair. Only 3 working toilets for all of economy wasn’t enough either. Entertainment didn’t seem to be as good as previous American flights."

Why is it so hard for Jetstar to get boarding a plane correct? In this current environment why have everyone on the plane early to just sit on the plane while they work out where their boarding system went wrong resorting to using a hand held counter to check numbers on the plane Having everyone on the plane for longer than necessary is very annoying then when arriving at the destination it takes 1/2 for ground crew handling baggage to get the bags out again this creates issues with keeping people in confined spaces longer than necessary

They charged me $50 extra. On explaining I have 20kgs included and am happy to go check it in myself. They didn't let me. Not sure why when the flight was delayed by more than 30 min. staff not helpful or considerate. No solution offered to make me happy or to acknowledge that I had already paid for 20kg. I could be talking to a machine and it would've been the same outcome."

Jetstar cheeses have animal rennet - not necessary in this day and age. Toastie could be cheese and tomato, not only with bacon.. I complained to Jetstar head office, and the response was inadequate. Proof is if they make an effort and change. If another airlines is similar price with better food, I would automatically go with the other carrier. It's all part of hospitality. Jetstar are stubborn. Irrespective of being a low cost airlines - no excuse."

I paid for a flight from Australia to Honolulu, a minimum of almost 10 hours, and no meal, no beverages, no blanket for an overnight flight without a costly additional purchase. I have tellethto health issues as it is, nevermind no half warm sleep or supplementary beverages or meal. I felt very used and taken advantage of. Substantially disappointed with the way we were treated for such a long overnight flight."
