Cons: I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as the passport control had reported me for being intoxicated. I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service.

Cons: No in-flight wifi or video streaming. Lift your game, Aussie airlines.

Pros: It is a short trip and it is easy to get on and off the flight without too much hassle. Except when it is raining as you have to walk from the terminal to the plane. No Food or Entertainment is provided as it is such a short flight

Cons: Our flight was delayed because of poor rostering due to one of the crew being out of hours and another crew member had to be brought from Brisbane to Sydney to join the flight. Not very professional in my eyes.

Cons: My flight with Tiger was cancelled after arriving to the airport. I understand these things happen however there is absolutely no assistance offered by ground crew. I ended up having to spend an extra $500 to book the next Tiger flight out the next day. Unlike Jetstar and Virgin, Tiger made me pay for the next scheduled flight.

Pros: I couldn't get to the Flight. I was told that the boarding closed. I reached there exact 30 minutes before the Flight. I didn't receive my Itenary Email and Flight Details in Email from BYO Jets.

Pros: Price was good. Flight was delayed due to delay in incoming flight, and explanation was clear.

Cons: My poor spine does not like budget airline seats at all.

Cons: Airline lost our bags on way to Australia so we had to buy extra clothing and personal items while here. Then airline charges us $65 because our bags are overweight with the things we had to buy because of lost bags.

Cons: This companies business model is high friction. I ended up with two tickets for my daughter on the same flights as one of their affiliates had problems with their website so it told me I wasn’t successful booking when i later found out the message was wrong. In the interim i booked the small flights on Tiger. I called both companies 4 times got the usual Asian call center responses and finally someone had the guts to tell me they would do nothing about it. Just insane and that’s what you will be if you ignore my advice. My daughter ended up with two flights she could never use and they would not do a single thing to help apart from go through their call center script to keep their jobs. You have been warned. Kayak should never refer people to gotogate.com. They offer similar customer service and would also do nothing.

Cons: Flight time rescheduled meaning we had very little time for connecting flight. Then they checked our luggage in (weighed 8.5kg and only 7 allowed (charged $108). The booking in of the bags meant one of our party missed connecting flight. She arrived at gate while plane was still there and Capt said he would wait but ground staff over-ruled decision. Not happy.

Cons: 3 hour delay after changing the time of my flight completely the day before. Then no service on the flight at all.

Cons: Flight was almost 2 hours late. Short flight ended up being over 2 hrs as landing conditions were not suitable and plane had to keep hovering around the airport for a long time before it was cleared to land. Crew was very nice. Seats very roomy in economy.

Cons: Considering the media coverage of an airborne virus killing people seemingly quickly - I would have expected an airline (travelling from the genesis of the disease) to supply face masks.... the crew and other passengers expressed similar concerns, perhaps a decent consideration.

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Pros: i like the use of kiosks they need to have more machines as the staff have a poor service attitude and give the responses as machines.

Cons: Booked a ticket with 20kg checked bag; didn't pack as much so took a carry on. The flight was delayed so they decided to weigh carry ons. It came to 10kg plus Laptop bag. They charged me $50 extra. On explaining I have 20kgs included and am happy to go check it in myself. They didn't let me. Not sure why when the flight was delayed by more than 30 min. staff not helpful or considerate. No solution offered to make me happy or to acknowledge that I had already paid for 20kg. I could be talking to a machine and it would've been the same outcome.

Cons: The flight was extremely delayed and appeared to be the turn around time due to the flight arrival time and the passengers on the flight unloading. I note that my departure flight was also delayed significantly. This return flight delay caused me to miss my flight, even though I had a good buffer.

Cons: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner. What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers.
