Pros: Not much.

Cons: Boarding exceptionally slow due to intensive screening of each passengers hand luggage. Opportunististic for making an extra $36/bag if a gram over 7. Seat unable to recline. Literally not enough room for legs and needed to sit sideways and I’m not that tall!

Pros: The crew was amazing. Super nice and acodating.

Cons: They don’t tell you that you have to pay for baggage and that if you pay at the airport it is 3x the amount! I was astonished and I felt lied to!

Pros: Cabin crew pretty so-so. No food to buy, no tea or coffee. Just water.

Cons: 3 hour delay after changing the time of my flight completely the day before. Then no service on the flight at all.

Cons: This companies business model is high friction. I ended up with two tickets for my daughter on the same flights as one of their affiliates had problems with their website so it told me I wasn’t successful booking when i later found out the message was wrong. In the interim i booked the small flights on Tiger. I called both companies 4 times got the usual Asian call center responses and finally someone had the guts to tell me they would do nothing about it. Just insane and that’s what you will be if you ignore my advice. My daughter ended up with two flights she could never use and they would not do a single thing to help apart from go through their call center script to keep their jobs. You have been warned. Kayak should never refer people to gotogate.com. They offer similar customer service and would also do nothing.

Pros: Punctual, with helpful staff.

Cons: No leg room (, I’m short.) Bad seat pockets, reduced knee room even further with anything in them. Armrests didn’t stay up. -the weighing of all hand luggage was over zealous, and could only be for the purpose of charging extra, if at all possible.

Cons: They waited until my last flight to weigh my carry on and then tell me that I had to check it in for $80. I just got off that flight and the person at the counter cleared my bags so I understand the money grab. Also flying 12hrs and then 8hrs and not having your meals complimentary is a big problem. They are nothing but a money grabbing selfish airline. Never again

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Cons: Just about everything this poor excuse of an airline needed to be better. Not only did they rob me at the check in desk of $210, there was also an extremely loud alarm coming from the exit door of the plane the crew couldn't fix. I was sitting right next to it for an hour and had to plug my ears to avoid hearing damage. This was the worst flight I've ever been on, and I've flown hundreds of times

Cons: Boarding was chaotic. They started boarding from the back, which is fine, but never indicated that the forward seats could board and never checked to make sure people were boarding in the proper groups. Terrible process.

Pros: Easy check in on line and at baggage check in at Nadi, landing was good, the fact that we made it safely was also good, great crew - I felt sorry for them too!

Cons: Screaming kids, I had one kicking the back of my seat pretty much the whole trip, as well as throwing tantrums (I know this isn't the fault of the airline but the crew could've helped a tad more - can't blame them for not wanting to go near them though I didn't want to be seated in front oft them either!!!) No tv for inflight entertainment, meal very average, they ran out of one of the choices early on (probably the only good choice!), landing was good…very relieved to arrive!

Pros: Boarding and disembarking were very smooth, and our bags were ready for collection very quickly.

Cons: I'm disappointed that Virgin doesn't include more food on their flights anymore, especially as this flight was over lunch time.

What happened to biscuits and cheese? Not trendy any longer i presume. Even Qantas serve that! No wine. Again, ridiculous. Condescending stewards, if that's what you are supposed to call them these "woke" days.

Cons: Flight time rescheduled meaning we had very little time for connecting flight. Then they checked our luggage in (weighed 8.5kg and only 7 allowed (charged $108). The booking in of the bags meant one of our party missed connecting flight. She arrived at gate while plane was still there and Capt said he would wait but ground staff over-ruled decision. Not happy.

Pros: My seat was not kicked. No crying babies. (Neither was due to the airline).

Cons: Queue Jump was initially ignored, at gate. Flight attendant made sarcastic comments. No food to purchase, not even tea/coffee.

Pros: At the check-in counter, Alieta was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me with a mistake on my travel visa. The flight attendant crew was superb, attentive, and friendly.
