Bangkok airport needs a redesign to make it more accommodating for passengers with long layovers between flights. It needs a better selection of restaurants, stores and rest rooms near the departure gates. It also needs a shuttle or other transport system to help passengers transit the long distances between gates in different concourses.

Cons: "For business class SQ, the crew service was severely sub-par. Seat arrangement same as in bigger 777, so actual space is much shorter and therefore uncomfortable for sleeping and lounging."

Flight cancelled from MEL-PER Rebooked next day via Adelaide Had to chase up Economy X seating myself (only got emergency exit row) Qantas seats were available when my flight was originally cancelled, causing inconvenience to boss and costing me a day's pay.
Booked myself & 2 year old granddaughter on flight. Didn't select seats as had hoped to request when checking in at airport an empty seat next to us if available. Plane was full so not possible. BUT - the seats the system had allocated us were not together!!! I suggested this would be very relaxing for me, but probably not so much for the passenger seated with my lovely & very chatty granddaughter!!! The staff member checking us in worked their magic so we were seated together - but it seems an oversight when the booking is made with the age of child stated that seats would not automatically be allocated together. Cabin crew were fab!

TVs didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, flight crew came by one and that was it
It was delayed and no.entertainment unit. Lion group air is giant company with poor record of service.
Boarding was generally quick, staff were friendly and did assist people when needed. The plane wasn't cleaned well with remnants of the last passengers. Tray tables were falling down and back of seats falling apart. The AC was turned up too high and we were all freezing, i was actually shaking uncontrollably until the heating was put back on. No entertainment at all which is hard when travelling with children. Minimal food choices and cash only option. I know its a budget airline but some minor improvements could make a good difference.
Pros: "Resorted to Malindo/Batik just to get home after Mt Agung eruptions - so points for at least flying. Very good seat pitch in economy, let down by an uncomfortable back with no head rest."

I'm convinced my tray table would have been easier to chew than the three dehydrated lumps of so-called chicken thrown on top of land overcooked rice, together with something that was allegedly once an egg - which I couldn't even stomach."

Luggage took long time to come out and after abot 10 min of luggage just stopped and we found out that rest of our luggage was coming out of another carousel. Nobody told us, we had to find out ourselves when we couldn't find our luggage. Communication is important"
Cons: "In this time of Covid-19 the few passengers on the plane were all sat in the same area. There was plenty of room to put at least one seat between passengers"
