To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

Total wait time for check-in alone was over 1 hour."

The 15 hour Delta flight was extremely uncomfortable with little leg room (I'm only 5' 3") and no outlets to charge devices. Additionally, my virgin air flight from Perth to Sydney that ran from 12 am to 6 am had no blankets or pillows. I was freezing cold. The stranger next to me saw me trying to wrap my jumper around my feet to keep them warm and offered me his wool jacket to stay warm. Wifi would have also been nice... no wifi."

This made it very uncomfortable for the passengers in aisle seats at the rear as people had to invade their space to get past each other, particularly when the food and drinks trolley came through. Entertainment was available only on your own device by planes wifi system. Unfortunately you needed to download an app before flying, so was not able to try this out. Virgin should of communicated this requirement prior to the flight."

I didn't bring my ipad as virgin has always had a screen even if it be 4 from the roof of the plane, there's music with a headset. This plane had nothing at all, I choose virgin for the reason you generally get a good plane. My suggestion is to sell of the bad planes like this one before you loose the customers that trust you."

I have now missed an important work meeting that I came over for and have been in the same clothes for 48 hours Without my clothes and my critical blood pressure medication. I am frustrated/disappointed/furious would be an understatement. I have travelled with a number of other airlines, but this was by far the worst experience"

The Jet Star allowed two checked pieces, and the agent gave me all the time I needed to make the changes. She then marked the bag fragile, and sent me to the oversize/fragile bay with it. It arrived in PNG rattled, but working normally.The woman was a peach!"

As upset as we were about that situation they were extremely accommodating. They said the Landon strip in Bali had broke so we couldn't land. They Bieber, gave us free coffee, tea and juices and gave us all free onboard entertainment. When we got to Melbourne they had set up free shuttle server and out us all up in a very very nice suite and gave us a voucher for breakfast which was more than enough! Then on our way back to bali they again gave us all free onboard entertainment. Very nice! Loved it!"
