I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.

Very pleased. Very professional and organized. Very clean aircraft. Efficient boarding and even a snack.

Would not fly again. Everything is sub par. Honestly not worth the price we paid. Would have rather flown Jetstar and saved the money.

Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.

Entertainment was poor at best. Very old movies and tv show and not really good ones .

The planes are getting quite old, the staff are quite ok good ok thanks Garuda

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!

It’s been a while and I saw lot of improvement. Flight was on time, friendly air crew, good food and comfy leg room.

For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

Good, ontime performance...hard products is somewhat out of date

They didn’t sent my luggage I got it 24 hours later

Plane was late and they wouldn’t check our bags through to Tokyo

Overall experience was good but what really impressed me the most was the care the flight attendants took of a sick passenger who was sitting in front of me. The flight attendants would come and check on her quite regularly providing her support and comfort. Brilliant service!

Only answered OK and poor as there was no entertainment and I didnt have any food

4.5 hr international flight. We got a glass of water. Ranks up there with Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Spirit and Frontier. Expected better.

Gluten free options less explicit on business class, but great service

Very good… seems the virgin staff particularly in the lounge and in flight exceeded expectations.

I liked everything about the experience but would have liked some free snacks!

Crew was great but flight was delayed almost three hours due to a technical issue and we had to go back to the terminal and wait for another one.

Being told why we delayed three hours and not even given an apology by someone. Not a word. Not my airline of choice ever.

We were upgraded to better seats. No entertainment. Food mediocre

Flight was half an hour delayed and gate was changed only once but not very far. Weather was good so smooth flight. So all in all was a good flight on a Sunday.

Boarding was on time and orderly. Crew was efficient. Departure as scheduled. I did not order food.

The overall flight was okay. Aircraft was a bit run down like the toilets, seat and table. The worse was checking in and boarding. They had no priority for people with children (young infants and babies included) even when we requested. Unhelpful staff.

Flight was booked with a hacked credit card and flyer was allowed to board despite airline being advised. Shameful behaviour.

I did not book or take this flight. This was a fraudulent credit card purchase using my (now cancelled) card. Air Asia was advised that this was a fraudulent booking a week before the flight. If this service was allowed AirAsia is contributing to credit fraud. If they didn’t take that seriously how serious are they about protecting your details?

Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.

They don t offer even a glass of water need to buy a drink if you are tursty they can save money and timeby cancel the food offer for 1 hr fly both fly nobody buy and try sale on boad thinkthe we can buyduty free store

Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better

AirAsia is running a bait scam by listing a lot of flights to get as much booking as possible but ending up merging the flights to fill the seat. They will change the schedule as much as they would like. Just beware when booking their flights and if you are tight on schedule. Prepare to be disappointed.

Jet star delayed both trips with poor communication. Passengers were made to change gates often and then left to stand with no seating. As someone getting over surgery this was very trying.

Delayed twice. Poor communication and people made to change gates too often.

Very disappointed with my recent Jetstar experience. Firstly, it was extremely frustrating that we had to pay extra for basic things like in-flight entertainment and meals. Other airlines provide these essentials even with standard tickets, but Jetstar offered no comfort or amenities without additional charges. For a long international journey, this made the experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a delay on our flight from Melbourne to Bangkok due to parts replacement, which was already inconvenient. But the biggest issue was the massive 5 hours and 15 minutes delay on our return flight, which completely disrupted our plans, caused unnecessary stress, and impacted both our time and health. Jetstar provided vouchers, but they were not nearly sufficient to cover proper meals or any meaningful service at Bangkok Airport. After such a long delay, this felt extremely inadequate and did not compensate for the inconvenience we faced. Overall, this has been one of my worst travel experiences. I am extremely disappointed and will not be booking with Jetstar in the future. I strongly request Jetstar to provide additional compensation for the significant delays and the discomfort we had to go through.

Excellent help with Wife needing disability access at Brisbane airport

The flight was delayed by 2 hours but the Jetstar crew were fantastic.

Late leaving and desintuon board showed ‘gate closed’ when they hadn’t even commenced boarding!

Flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Gate changed multiple times

The good thing is that the flight got us from Darwin to Brisbane. However, it would have to be the most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken and if I can possibly avoid flying Jetstar again, I will.

no announcement about why we where delayed which is very poor

It was better than I expected. Thought $5 for a small cup of tea was a bit much!

Freezing onboard and staff refused to give me hot water “because we were landing soon”. The plane arrived at the gate an hour late. And there’s an air leak in one of the bathrooms. Very scary noise.

Batik Air is racing to the bottom of the list with its consistent flight delays. Especially out of Malaysia. Shocking that they keep getting away with it without any form of punishment from the authorities. Also very inconsistent rules on cabin luggage.

Need to improve the availability of the food. Seems like everything sold out

Did not like that we were not informed about the 4 hour delay, crew not friendly, noone at terminals to consult with...all employees for Batrik were behind glass aftervgoing through security at the gate again. Why no agent at Gate H 10 to answer questions? And no apology. Updates would have eased anxiety. Boarding is disorderly also.

During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL

Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.

The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

Nasi lemak was horrible. Plain white rice, tasteless sambal, no cucumber, no kacang, no ikan bilis. And the chicken was colourless and tasteless, tasted like boiled chicken. Entertainment system didn't work at all.

2 delayed flights - hotel layover in a different country- lost baggage.

Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.
