Cons: Checked in 2.5 hrs early and my reward was they left my bag in Denpasar while I went on to Kuala Lumpur!

Cons: it was late, quality of experience was poor- from predeparture to landing

Pros: The flight was on time and the food was ok

Cons: Not specifically to do with Air Asia - but the very long queue going through immigration at Denpasar could be improved dramatically

Pros: AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia.

Cons: Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you.

Cons: Never flew due to volcano - fair enough. But communication from the airline was utterly non-existent, as was any kind of service and support for rescheduling etc. Confusing messages on their website and refusal to fly despite other airlines having no issue - because they didn't want to pay parking rates at AU airports. Air Asia ruined my holiday far more than Mt Agung.

Pros: The best thing is the free luggage allowance of 30kg each. They had some snacks and entertainment as well.

Cons: Visa permits check before boarding was really unnecessary. It's immigration personals job. That creates long & slow moving que. But then perhaps it's the KL Airport authorities fault that exercise that policy. Saw the same thing with some other airlines.

Pros: We were given delay updates regularly, even when the delay time remained consistent.

Cons: We had to empty our water bottles prior to getting on board which felt like a waste of resources. If it is necessary to do so, maybe it would be beneficial for the staff to let us know why we have to dump clean water down the drain.

Pros: Amenity pack and entertainment were good. More movies to offer would have made the entertainment even better.

Cons: We flew business class and it didn't feel too much like a business class experience. Welcome drinks were a nice touch but from there the service was not very attentive, we had to ask for empty glasses and plates to be cleared after they sat with us for over an hour. The meal was not great - pretty lack luster. No priority bag tags and our bags took over an hour to come out the other end.

Cons: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Cons: getting in the plane. No working tablet. Poor food.

Pros: Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

Cons: The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

Pros: Just as same as what I expexted as a LCC.

Cons: Flight was delayed and additional baggage charge was non-refundable.

Cons: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner. What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers. Cons: I travelled Korean JeJu Air budget airlines. The service may be Jetstar can consider, they give a small cup of water as a welcome drink & helping passengers loads luggage onboard. Even it was budget airline but no compromise with passengers service.

Pros: Comfortable and modern plane with good services and good communication. We had a minor delay due to poor weather but pilot and staff communicated the situation well and took safety precautions. Good entertainment options and food.

Pros: The plane was quite new, very modern, and well equipped with entertainment features. Services were good and all staff spoke English. Good amount of leg room in the economy seats as well.

Cons: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

Pros: We were on our way from syd to bali and just before we reached ocean we turned around and headed back toward Melbourne. As upset as we were about that situation they were extremely accommodating. They said the Landon strip in Bali had broke so we couldn't land. They Bieber, gave us free coffee, tea and juices and gave us all free onboard entertainment. When we got to Melbourne they had set up free shuttle server and out us all up in a very very nice suite and gave us a voucher for breakfast which was more than enough! Then on our way back to bali they again gave us all free onboard entertainment. Very nice! Loved it!

Cons: Didn't like that they took so long to tell us about the problems on the landing strip. I thought we were being hijacked!

Pros: The tickets were cheap, but that's about all that was enticing about this trip, which doesn't say much since we had to pay for everything else.

Cons: This was the worst budget airline I have ever flown with. We had to pay if we wanted to chose our seats, and then they didn't even give us the seats we paid for! We had to pay for all baggage. We had to pay for food and drinks on a 6+ hour flight. We had to pay for entertainment. And they were terrible about getting our bags out in a timely fashion.

Pros: For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping).
