Cons: I have never had to stay at a hotel overnight because of a missed connection but when I made the reservation I wondered how you would honor the 1 hour layover and not miss. I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory.

Cons: All four flights with Malaysia Airlines were delayed, no reasons and no information. Appalling.

Pros: The ground steward in LAX attended to our needs. He was cheerful and made us feel welcome.

Cons: The service on both flights, from LAX to Taipei and from Taipei to Manila. The flight attendants need to smile more often. They look so serious, especially when you ask them for something.

Cons: Crew was fantastic. Very attentive to passengers’ needs. From check in to baggage claim, China Airlines was fantastic. When many passengers needed to board aconnecting flight in Taipei to Bangkok with very little time, crew members shepherded all of us through the tram and security right to boarding. It was fantastic. China Airlines is my “go to” company for any routes on my travels they provide in the future. Thank you China Airlines!!!

Cons: Thank you China airlines. This is the second time I have been traveled by China airlines. Next three months I will have a trip more. Good!

Pros: The food was great and the service was good as well.

Cons: They did not give us instant noodle when we asked for it and the seats in Economy did not have foot rest in front like Singapore Airline.

Pros: It sucked... no movie.. no drink had to pay for a soda 5 hours of nothing

Cons: My flight from Bangkok to Osaka was delayed 1hr, the agency provided me 2 total hours prior between flights however it also required I re-check in (Thai Air Asia to Air Asia X). This resulted in me having to go through immigration and customs merely to go to the departure counter and check in. I missed my flight from Osaka to Honolulu and am stranded for 24hrs until their next flight.

Pros: GREAT CREW AS ALWAYS THE SEAT WAS COMFORTABLE AS ALWAYS.

Cons: The flight cancelled.first we boarded twice and been waiting for 7 hours Inside and outside the plane thereafter they gave up and decided to cancel it ..it was nightmare

Cons: It was confusing to do online checking because I couldn't check in on Vietnam airline website. The airplane was old and had bad smells.

Cons: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

Pros: Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional.

Cons: Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers.

Pros: Not sure if I have much trust in the crew. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

Pros: Air Crew was polite. Ground crew was the slowest and most inefficient group of people I've witnessed. There'd be 3 people working, but 2 of them would be talking to each other, letting the queues build up.

Cons: Ground experience was pretty terrible at the airport. Most likely I'd avoid flying through here again.
