The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
My overall experience with Singapore Airlines is great. Will definitely fly Singapore airline again.

Excellent meal served with real utensils, cardboard served hot meals instead of plastic utensils and plastic covers. Quick service, friendly and accommodating stewards.
Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people

Wide-body aircrafts are chosen for the fleet, with a combination of Airbus and Boeing planes flown. Singapore Airlines was the launch carrier for both the Airbus A380 and Boeing 787-10 models, capable of carrying more than 330 passengers.
A broad range of fares are available on Singapore Airlines flights with Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First and Suite classes. Adjustable headrests and storage areas are provided in the basic Economy section, while Premium Economy has calf-rests built into the seats and more legroom.
